Jindra to help the Irish set a team-best penalty-killing mark of .876 (22 ppgs on 174 chances) one of four players on the Notre Dame roster to play for Compuware, joining senior Josh Sciba, junior Evan Rankin and freshman Stewart Carlin joins Brian DArcy (Cleveland), Erik Condra (Texarkana), Brett Blatchford (Texas), Carlin (Compuware) and Tom OBrien (Mahoning Valley) as NAHL alums one of seven Michigan natives on the roster along with Sciba (Westland), Rankin (Portage), Condra (Livonia), Justin White (Traverse City) and freshmen Blatchford (Temperance) and Kyle Lawson (New Hudson) member of Notre Dames eight-man 2003 recruiting class that included five forwards, two defensemen and one goaltender verbally committed to Notre Dame in the fall of 2001 but waited until fall of 2002 to sign letter-of-intent along with Noah Babin, David Brown, Wes ONeill and Sciba selected to Notre Dames academic honors program Deans List selection in the fall of 2003 and fall of `05.
